The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Committee does its best to ensure that as many outdoor vendors as possible have the opportunity to participate, but due to the sheer volume of applicants, an application does not guarantee a spot at the Balloon Fiesta. All vendor applications are submitted to the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Committee for approval and all decisions are final.
Outdoor Vendors who are invited to participate will receive an email confirmation by June 10 2024. We apologize in advance that not all vendors who apply will be approved. Outdoor vendors who are not approved will also be notified by June 10 2024.
NEW: Food vendors and trucks will NOT be permitted to use generators. We will be limiting food trucks to the availability of electrical power.
No cash will be accepted during the event from outdoor vendors. Approved outdoor vendors will be required to send a post-dated-cheque for the FULL payment prior to the event. We can also accept e-transfer payments. Payment details will be communicated to the approved vendors using the email address in the applications by June 10 2024.

Rental: per 10'x10' space
Non-food outdoor vendors $250.00 per space
Food outdoor vendors $375 per space
20 amp plug $50 each
30 amp twist lock $100 each
Small silent generators and battery power packs are allowed and encouraged. Food vendors and trucks will NOT be permitted to use generators. We will be limiting food trucks to the availability of electrical power.
